All orders placed on HomTab.com are subject to verification. We may contact you via Phone Call or WhatsApp to confirm your shipping address and order details prior to dispatching your parcel. We reserve the right to cancel any unverified or suspicious orders.

2. Pricing & Product Accuracy

• We strive to display product images, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
• Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical pricing error on the website, HomTab reserves the right to cancel or amend the affected order.

3. Shipping & Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We deliver across Pakistan using reliable courier partners.
• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, and delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, full payment must be made to the courier rider upon parcel receipt.

4. Return, Exchange & Refund

We want you to shop with full confidence. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. (For detailed instructions, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page).
