1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is confirmed via Phone Call or WhatsApp, it will be dispatched promptly.
2. Delivery Time & Shipping Charges
- Delivery Charges: Absolutely FREE for all products across Pakistan.
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, etc.): 3 to 6 working days.
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 7 working days.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation along with a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp so you can easily track your parcel.
4. Payment Options (Cash on Delivery)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience, allowing you to pay in cash to the courier rider upon receiving your order.
5. Damaged or Defective Parcel
If you receive a parcel that is damaged or missing items, please contact our customer support team within 24-48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a quick replacement or claim for you.
